While the members of ESA are united by their desire to give back, each individual has different interests.  By giving members the freedom to participate on their own terms and the support to pursue the causes that matter to them, we’ve created a well-rounded community service program that enriches our members, broadens our reach, and leaves an even greater impact. This flexibility provides the opportunities that instill passion, understanding, and lasting memories in all of our members.   ESA’s network of nearly 800 local and campus chapters and its nearly 10,000 members continue to create a better world through excellent work locally, nationally, and internationally.

IN ADDITION TO LOCAL COMMUNITY

WE SUPPORT:

In 1972, at the personal request of Danny Thomas, ESA officially recognized St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital as a national project.  They are currently the largest third-party donor and in 2019, ESA celebrated reaching the threshold of over $300 million in cash and pledges to support St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Hope for Heroes is a subsidary program under ESA that offers support and assistance to our Veterans, Wounded Warriors, Active Duty Military and their Families.  Our Xi Chi Chapter is completely volunteer which means that 100% of all donations are used to help those who have sacrificed so much to defend our freedom.  

Since its founding in 1919, Easterseals ensures that the needs of children and adults with disabilities, veterans and older adults are met with services to help them live, learn, work and play in their communities. Easterseals affiliates nationwide are advancing change to assure that people with disabilities and other special needs can thrive in their communities.
